This week, NND has been present at the annual “career days” event at Østfold University College to talk about the need for correct competence. NND will undertake major decommissioning work over the next few decades and wants to inform students early in their studies. Here, students were given information about potential work assignments and an understanding of what it means to decommission. In addition, NND must build new facilities for few could demolish the existing ones. There were many good conversations where many showed their interest in NND's community mission understanding the need for the right expertise at different times.
